Neil Franklin

Neil is minc’s founder and CEO – he is a workforce planning specialist who has advised project organisations, companies, sector bodies, government departments and international customers on how to plan for their future workforce levels and how to get there. He understands how the human capital dimension can make or break a company, and the effect it can have on productivity and the value chain.


Laura Harris

Laura joined minc back in 2016 as their Cheif People Officer. With over 20 years of HR experience, Laura is a qualified and commercially focused people professional with significant and relevant experience covering organisational change, TUPE, talent management and attraction, absence management, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and redundancy and redeployment.


Julia Wallis

Julia is minc’s learning and development expert with many years’ experience as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. She has worked with a wide range of clients across many industries and has a record of success in delivering face to face and virtually a variety of different programmes across a range of sectors, at all levels. She is passionate about helping individuals and businesses grow and developing their skills to maximise their performance.


Amanda Lyon

Amanda is an HR Professional with over 20 years experience. She has worked at Business Partner level as part of a large Corporate HR Team within O2 and in a number of HR Advisor and standalone HR Manager roles within IT, Telecoms, Travel, Real Estate and Pharmaceuticals. It is this broad industry experience of best practice, coupled with her CIPD qualification which means that she can really hit the ground running and provide sound employment law advice and end to end in-house recruitment, to meet the commercial needs and objectives of our clients.


Josh Harris

Josh is minc's technology expert – he has worked with growing technologies for over 10 years and has worked on several projects as a full-stack developer for web, office and database systems. Josh can design and apply a logical, technological solution to any operational problem and helps our clients integrate this into their current operations.


James Anstee

James is minc’s Digital Marketing Consultant – he has worked with a wide range of businesses across a variety of sectors and supports our clients with their marketing strategy. He has a background in content creation and social media management and provides businesses with the support they need for all things digital.


Kelly Barlow - Executive Coach

With over 20 years of experience in the industry and a background in professional HR and Occupational Psychology, Kelly has enjoyed a successful career in a variety of coaching and mentoring positions including executive and non-executive board roles.

Kelly is a professionally qualified and accredited Executive Coach and Mentor with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and works alongside minc as an Associate specialising in coaching.


Lesley Dorrington - HR Professional

Lesley has over 25 years of HR experience working in large, multi-national organisations across the UK such as the Department for Transport (DfT) and Northern Trains Limited.

Her expertise in organisational change, continuous improvement, employee development and engagement makes her a valuable asset to the minc team as an HR Associate.
